What Are Cookies
Cookies are small text files that a website places on your device when you visit. They allow the site to remember certain information about your visit — whether you have consented to analytics, or how many pages you have viewed in a session. They are not programs and cannot carry viruses.
Most websites you visit will use cookies in some form. Some are strictly necessary for the site to work; others are optional and relate to analytics or advertising. This page explains which we use and why.
Cookies We Use
Essential Cookies
Always active — cannot be disabled
These cookies are required for the website to function. They manage your cookie consent preference and support basic security. Without them, the site cannot operate correctly.
Examples: cookieConsent, session token · Duration: session to 12 months
Analytics Cookies
Optional — your choice
These help us understand which pages are visited and how visitors move through the site. The data is aggregate and not linked to your identity. We use it to improve the website's content and structure.
Provider: Google Analytics · Duration: up to 26 months
Marketing Cookies
Optional — your choice
These allow advertising platforms to understand whether a visitor has seen a campaign or taken a subsequent action. We may use them to measure the reach of any professional promotion. They are not used for personal ad targeting.
Providers: Meta Pixel, Microsoft Advertising · Duration: up to 90 days
Preference Cookies
Optional — your choice
These remember choices you have made on the site — such as your cookie preferences — so you are not asked again on a return visit. They contain no personal information beyond your own settings.
Examples: display preferences · Duration: up to 12 months
Third-Party Cookies
Where we use analytics or marketing cookies, those cookies are set by third-party providers who have their own privacy policies. The providers we may use are:
- Google Analytics (analytics) — google.com/policies/privacy
- Meta Pixel (marketing) — facebook.com/policy.php
- Microsoft Advertising / Bing (marketing) — privacy.microsoft.com
These providers may transfer data outside Malaysia. Where this occurs, they operate under their respective data transfer frameworks.
Cookie Duration
Session cookies are deleted automatically when you close your browser. They hold no persistent information.
Persistent cookies remain on your device until they expire or you delete them. Expiry periods vary: the consent cookie lasts 12 months; analytics cookies last up to 26 months; marketing cookies typically last 30–90 days depending on the platform.
Managing Cookies in Your Browser
You can also manage cookies directly through your browser settings. Select your browser below for brief guidance.
Google Chrome
Go to Settings → Privacy and Security → Cookies and other site data. From here you can block all cookies, block third-party cookies only, or clear existing cookies. To delete cookies for this site specifically, use Site settings in the address bar.
Mozilla Firefox
Go to Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data. You can choose from standard, strict, or custom cookie blocking. To delete cookies from a specific site, click Manage Exceptions or use the site information panel in the address bar.
Apple Safari
Go to Preferences → Privacy. You can block all cookies or prevent cross-site tracking. To remove cookies, select Manage Website Data and search for or select specific sites to remove.
Microsoft Edge
Go to Settings → Cookies and site permissions → Cookies and site data. You can block third-party cookies or all cookies. To delete site-specific cookies, use the lock icon in the address bar and select Cookies.
Mobile Browsers
On mobile, cookie settings are usually found under Settings → Privacy within the browser app. The path varies between Chrome for Android, Safari for iOS, and others. Clearing browser data typically removes all cookies; some browsers allow site-specific removal from the address bar.
Your Rights
You may withdraw consent for optional cookies at any time using the toggles on this page. Withdrawing consent does not affect anything that has already occurred, but all optional cookies will stop being set on future page loads.
Disabling analytics and marketing cookies means we will have less information about how the site is used and how well any professional promotion is performing. It does not affect your ability to use the site or to enquire about our services.
For any question about our use of cookies, write to us at [email protected].
